About me

I was born in Albania to a family of chemists and physicists who love to draw in their spare time. When I was 5, I moved to Greece, where I discovered my passion for art. At 13, I came to Toronto, Canada just in time to begin the International Baccalaureate Programme, which ignited my love for biological sciences.

In 2009, I received my Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Biology at the University of Toronto, and I just recently completed my Master of Science in Biomedical Communications (MScBMC) at the same university. BMC is a unique, interdisciplinary, and highly accredited graduate program that teaches how to understand and express scientific concepts through art.

My area of specialty lies in biomedical illustration, animation and interactive media. My ultimate goal is to grow into a biomedical communications specialist who can create beautiful work that educates, inspires, and most importantly, improves health care and the general quality of life. Aside from drawing and scripting, my hobbies include running and dancing.
